Its called Papermache! You can even spell it in anyway you like!Paper Mache or Papier Mache.
You can create anything you like by just applying the paper mache technique.

Paper mache was a huge part of my childhood. Did you watch Art Attack? I always followed the guy when he demonstrated how to make paper mache! The last time I made one was two years ago. I made mache snowmen for my friends during Christmas :D One of my favourite hobbies!~
